Mailworkz provides various technical support options for you throughout your trial and after you purchase our software and services. We recommend accessing these options prior to contacting our support staff.

Please confirm you have the most recent version of Broadcast. Click here to update. Updates include bug fixes and product improvements that may resolve your issue.

Please Note: We only offer limited email support for the Broadcast software. Technical support is still available for our other services.

We recommend our SimplyCast on-line solution for sending out your campaigns and newsletters.

1. Software Knowledge Base

The online Knowledge Base provides an unlimited resource of answers to the majority of common customer issues. It contains information on all our products and services, and the FAQs for each. It is the fastest and most convenient method to answer your questions. Click here to search our Knowledge Base. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, you can also fill out a Technical Support form in the Knowledge Base.

2. Broadcast Online Manual

A detailed online manual is available to assist you in installing and using Broadcast.

If you have not found your answer in the above references, please note we offer email, live chat, and phone support.

Technical support is available only to the registered user of the software or service. Support for trial users is available for one month. If you wish to change the registered user, please notify us of the new contact person by emailing customerservice@mailworkz.com.
