DESCRIPTION:
The Manager, Web Marketing is responsible for driving e-commerce sales of Zebratracks online subscriptions through the web site. This
person will create, manage and execute promotional campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, design/navigation initiatives, press releases, content development and management, and reporting
and metrics - all designed to drive web sales revenue.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and execute an online/offline marketing plan and metrics designed to maximize web sales revenue

Collaborate with Sales Manager on SEO, SEM and online advertising initiatives designed to drive web traffic and
conversions

Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive e-commerce sales, including PPC Advertising, email marketing, and
online advertising.

Create promotional copy and landing pages for web promotional campaigns

Manage Web design and content development for web pages influencing web sales including landing pages and shopping
cart.

Maintain design consistency, aesthetic and functionality of web pages and transaction processing

Analyze campaign performance, customer and visitor data, conversions and resulting web sales revenue to report on
results, refine online ads and recommend enhancements

Create project plans and manage communication within the company related to the Web Marketing Campaigns.

Manage and maintain web marketing expenses and budget

Collaborate with marketing team members on promotion plans and schedules

Develop and test new channels for future growth

Any other tasks as assigned.
The Manager, Web Marketing must be familiar and comply with W3C standards, practices, and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS

Four-year college degree or higher with concentration in Marketing or related field; advanced degree in business
or technology from a respected institution preferred.

At least six years experience in online marketing in a strong marketing and Web oriented organization, preferably
in content publishing.

Experience in generating B-to-B e-commerce sales through Web activities is required.

Experience in web site usability, SEO, paid search, email marketing, affiliate programs, establishing linking
partners, and social media marketing.

Strong knowledge of web analytics, preferably experience using Google Analytics

Strong computer and Internet skills; must have excellent HTML, CSS and Microsoft Office skills.

Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to think strategically and suggest
creative solutions

Strong written communications skills in offline and online media

Excellent personal and project management skills
